Tucker Capital Group (TCG) was formed to provide qualified investors the opportunity to invest with J. Tucker Development Partners. TCG is a strategic partner to J. Tucker Development Partners; the developer entity seeking acquisition and development equity needed to capitalize projects. Through TCG investors, J. Tucker Development is able to have cash committed to real estate readily available therefore strengthening credibility with sellers and lenders. Equity investment is a source of primary or bridge equity for select projects. Real estate investments are made across commercial and residential projects for land acquisition and developments, with a primary focus on investment in the Southeast. Generally, investments seek a risk adjusted market-rate return that is composed of a preferred return and a back end return. Currently, our investors include high net worth individuals seeking exceptional investment opportunities ranging from NFL Players to top level executives to Founders & Presidents of multi-billion dollar corporations.
